Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management offers a Flexible Stocks & Shares ISA.
Here you can find the Key Features Document and ISA Declaration.
How to open an ISA
- Log in to the Adviser Portal and locate the correct client by using the search bar in the top right hand corner, or via the Clients tab
- Within the client record, click Create new account.
- Choose an account name and select ISA as the wrapper type.
- Input all details about account management, investment strategy and fees, ensuring all sections are marked as 'complete'. Please bear in mind that ongoing adviser fees deducted from the ISA will be counted as withdrawals, and as we offer a flexible ISA, these can be replaced within the same tax year.
- Once all the information has been registered, click Review.
- If you need to make any changes, click the Edit button, otherwise proceed with Submit.
- If you need to change something, click the Edit option, otherwise proceed with Submit and you will receive a notification to confirm the account has been successfully created:
- If the client already has an active ISA or JISA on the platform and they have previously accepted terms and the ISA declaration, the account will immediately be created with the status Active. They will receive an email to notify them that an account has been created and they will be able to view this in their Client Portal.
- If the client did not previously have an ISA or JISA, an email notification will be sent out that they need to log in to the Client Portal to view and accept terms. Before they have done so, the account is created but with status Pending and transactions blocked.
Please note that if the tax year ends without the client having made a contribution to the ISA, the account returns to the status Pending with transactions blocked. A new ISA declaration is then issued and the client needs to view and accept again before the account is updated to Active with transactions permitted.
A client only needs to accept the product terms and ISA declaration once per wrapper, so if you continue to open sub account ISA's, they would get the status Active straight away.
