- Log in to the Adviser Portal and locate the correct client by using the search bar in the top right hand corner, or via the Clients tab
- Within the client record, click Create new account.
- Choose an appropriate name for the account and choose GIA as the wrapper type.
- Input the relevant details for account management, investment strategy and fees. After you have put in all the required information, click Review.
- If you need to make any changes, click the Edit button, otherwise proceed with Submit, and you will receive a notification to confirm the account has been successfully created:
- The client will receive an email notification, prompting them to log in to the client portal where they will be able to view the account.
