- Log in to the Adviser Portal and locate the correct client by using the search bar in the top right hand corner, or via the Clients tab
- Within the client record, click Create new account.
- Choose an appropriate name for the account and choose GIA as the wrapper type.

Input the relevant details for investment strategy and fees and ignore the section for Account management as it’s not applicable and is due to be removed. After you have put in all the required information, click Review.
- If you need to make any changes, click the Edit button, otherwise proceed with Submit, and you will receive a notification to confirm the account has been successfully created:
- The client will receive an email notification, prompting them to log in to the client portal where they will be able to view the account.
