Hannah Nash - Head of Operations
I’m a Platform Operations Manager here at Söderberg, so my primary concern is ensuring that our operation runs efficiently, and our advisory firms get everything they need from the platform, both technically and in terms of training and service.
I started my career in the Fintech space with Novia Financial, where I spent 7 years gaining experience within client services, implementation and training, and business support. This gave me great insight into the technical aspects of financial platforms, and an appreciation for how important service is.
Following my time at Novia, I spent 18 months with Time4Advice as an Implementation Consultant, acting as a project manager for advice firms looking to implement CURO as their CRM system.
It was great to gain exposure to another aspect of the technology that supports advisory firms, and given our integration with Plannr, this experience has proven highly useful!
Rosie Williams - Team Leader
As the Team Leader at Söderberg, my primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Centre and to meet the needs of our firms efficiently. With 12 years of experience in Financial Services, I began my career in IFA firms as an Administrator and later as a Paraplanner.
In 2020, I transitioned to Parmenion’s Client Services department, where I discovered my passion for platforms.
I joined Söderberg in November 2023 and was promoted to Team Leader of the Service Centre. My goal is to leverage my extensive experience to ensure swift and seamless processing on the Söderberg platform whilst also collaborating with Adviser Firms and I look forward to a long and successful career here at Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management.
Harry O'Hare - Adviser Support Specialist
Having thoroughly enjoyed my degree in Banking and Finance, I decided to pursue a career in financial services. My journey began at M&G Wealth, where I was able to build on my industry knowledge, specializing in transfers and the integration of new systems. This role provided me with a solid foundation in financial operations and allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
In April 2024, I joined Söderberg, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I have had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with some fantastic advice firms. Helping them navigate through their first cases has been particularly fulfilling, as it allows me to apply my expertise in a practical and impactful way.
At Söderberg, I am committed to fostering strong relationships with our partner firms and ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. I am passionate about continuous learning and development, and I am excited to contribute to the growth and success of both our clients and the company.
Holly Thompson - Adviser Support Specialist
I'm an Adviser Support Specialist here at Söderberg. My career in Financial Services started two years ago as a Sales Administrator working for a small and long-standing Asset Finance company based in Bath. Here I developed a great interest in online financial platforms and this teamed with my passion for exceptional customer service and attention to detail naturally lead to my transition to Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management Ltd.
Harriet Cadman - Adviser Support Specialist
With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, I’ve developed a strong foundation in wealth management, platform operations, and client support. My Platform exposure began in Sydney, Australia, where I worked with Integrated Portfolio Solutions as an Operations Assistant. During this time, I built deep knowledge of portfolio administration, client onboarding, and platform processes, while working closely with advisors to ensure smooth and accurate portfolio management.
After returning to the UK, I joined Rowan Dartington, part of the St. James’s Place group, further expanding my understanding of wealth management and client services. I’m now excited to be part of Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management Ltd. as an Adviser Support Specialist, where I look forward to building on my platform expertise, learning new skills, and getting stuck into new challenges.
Jim Norman - Adviser Support Specialist
After graduating from the University of the West of England in Bristol with a degree in Business and Management with Marketing, I built a strong foundation in teamwork and independent project work. Those early experiences really helped sharpen my communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
I started my career at Parmenion, a well‑respected investment platform known for its high standard of client service. Over my 18 months there, I gained solid hands‑on experience supporting advisers and clients, resolving queries, guiding users through platform processes, and helping keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly and accurately.
Katie Boyes - Adviser Support Specialist
My career in financial services began four years ago at Parmenion, where I built a strong foundation as part of the client services team. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of client needs, operational processes, and the importance of delivering a consistently high standard of service in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This experience has equipped me with the skills to manage complex queries, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to positive client outcomes.
Now, as an Adviser Support Specialist at Soderberg, I am excited to bring this experience and knowledge into a new environment. I look forward to supporting advisers and firms as they navigate their journey with Soderberg, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and well-supported at every stage. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to add value through proactive support, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy baking and reading, which help me relax and unwind.
