We’re excited to introduce a new feature in the client dashboard.
You can now track whether your client has received and opened emails sent from the platform, giving you clearer insight into where they are in their sign‑up journey and whether actions like password resets have been successful.
If you head to the client dashboard, you will now see a tab called 'Communications'
Change the drop down to 'Emails'
You can now view all emails sent to your clients. By selecting the dropdown arrow, you’ll also see additional details, including the time each email was opened and when any links were clicked.
