To make changes to your client's details, such as their Address or Bank Details, log in to the Adviser Portal and locate the correct client by using the search bar in the top right hand corner, or via the Clients tab.
Click the Client details tab in the top menu.
Scroll to the relevant section and click Edit.
Make the required changes, ensure all sections are marked as 'Complete', and then click on Review.
Check the summary screen and if you are satisfied all details are correct, click on Submit:
You will see a notification confirming the account has been successfully updated, and the client will get an email notification about the changes made.
