The following Account Details can be easily amended within the platform:
- Account name
- Trust flag
- Discretionary flag
- Investment Strategy
- Model Portfolio or Fund Selections
- Adviser fee
- DFM fee
- MPAA trigger (SIPP only)
- Employer scheme opt out (SIPP only)
- Beneficiaries (SIPP only)
First log in to the Adviser Portal and locate the correct client by using the search bar in the top right hand corner, or via the Clients tab.
Select the relevant Account record to open it and then click on the Account Details tab.
Scroll to the relevant section and click on Edit.
Make the desired changes and ensure all sections are marked as 'Complete', then select Review.
Check your amendments carefully and when you are happy, select 'Submit'.
You will see a notification confirming the account has been successfully updated, and the client will get an email notification about the changes made.
