Withdrawals can only be made to the verified bank account registered on the client's profile. Please note that the name that will appear on the client's bank statement is Seccl Custody Ltd.
Withdrawals are sent via BACS and typically take 3-5 working days to arrive. We operate contracted settlement, so we do not have to wait for sales to fully settle before making the payment, we action this as soon as the order has been executed and we have received a contract note from the fund manager.
- Go to the Adviser Portal and log in.
- Locate your client in the system, either via the Client tab in the top menu, or by using the Client Search function, and open their client record.
- Open the relevant Account and then click on Account actions and Withdraw.
- Choose Single as the Withdrawal type. Enter the amount to be withdrawn. If the amount to be withdrawn exceeds the available cash on the account, an auto-disinvest will be instructed and you will be prompted to choose between proportional disinvestment or from the largest holding.
- Click Review to double-check your information, and if everything is accurate click Submit.
- A withdrawals is now registered and a notification will be sent to the client.
