No, unfortunately not. Once an illustration has been generated, the inputs cannot be changed. You will need to produce a new illustration with new input.  

We are looking to build functionality to allow you to clone an illustration so that you may make changes without having to re-enter the data. This is in our roadmap and we will communicate when this is coming.
