If your client doesn't already hold a TTFC, and they wish to apply for a TTFC (Transitional Tax Free Certificate), you just have to let us know by sending an email into the Service Centre to confirm.
We will send you out an application form which will ask for details of benefits taken before 6th April 2025 and for you to provide evidence of the LTA% used and PCLS paid for each event.
If the client has protection, this will also need to be added.
Our SIPP team will review the application form and will let you know if it can be approved. Once approved, we will issue the client with a TTFC.
