If you are creating a new client and illustration, or an account, through the Plannr CRM, they will immediately feed through to the platform. 

If you have created the client/account in the Soderberg Platform, there is an hourly sync which happens at the top of the hour, so an hour is the longest it should take to appear in Plannr.
