If you are creating a new client and illustration, or an account, through the Plannr CRM, they will immediately feed through to the platform.
If you have created the client/account in the Soderberg Platform, there is an hourly sync which happens at quarter past the hour, so an hour is the longest it should take to appear in Plannr. This means if you create a new client or account directly in the platform, the client will not receive any associated emails until the next sync occurs with Plannr.
N.B. the sync occurs between 06:15 and 21:15 daily. Anything created after 21:15 will not show until the following morning.
