All adviser fees (ongoing & initial) count as withdrawals from an ISA, and they can therefore be replaced within the same tax year. This will be reflected in the remaining ISA Allowance figure on the client’s account summary screen.

Platform, DFM and fund fees do not count as withdrawals and cannot be replaced.
