There is validation built into our system to prevent oversubscriptions, so it’s very unlikely that an oversubscription will happen within our platform alone.
If this does occur, please email servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com with full details of the oversubscription and the reasons for this. This should include confirmation of the client ID, account ID/s, and the amount of the excess subscription. In the instance that the client has subscribed to more than one ISA in a tax year, we will need to know which ISA was subscribed to first I.e. which is the valid ISA.
Our Service Team will review the case and all being well, we will contact you to request that a withdrawal for the excess amount is instructed via the platform, along with any relevant sales which may be required. We will ensure that any income received from investments bought is identified and removed.
