When you enter the platform you will see a tab entitled ‘Instruments’ in the top menu. There are two tabs on this page:
- Existing; this is a list of the assets currently available to your firm to select when trading, building an advisory model or setting an investment strategy for a client.
- Available; this is a list of assets which are potentially available in the Soderberg asset universe, but they have not yet been made available to your firm.
If you require access to a fund which is not currently in the Existing asset list, please email servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com with the fund name and ISIN code. If you have a copy of the KIID document or Fund Factsheet, please provide this also.
If the asset in question is on the available assets list, we can add this for you straight away. If the asset in question is not on the available assets list, we will need to contact the relevant fund manager to arrange for this to be added.
If the fund manager is one that we have an existing agreement with, the fund/s should be added within a few days. If it is a new fund manager where there is no existing relationship, the process may take 4 to 6 weeks. We will advise you of the likely timeframes and keep you posted on the progress when we have received your request.
