We would recommend that a rebalance is instructed after the fee run is completed, to prevent the account from falling into a negative balance which needs correcting.
Please note however that the functionality to ringfence fees and run concurrent transactions is due during Q3 of 2024. When this is introduced, you will be able to register any instructions even on the 10th without interfering with the fee run.
