You are now able to manage all your ongoing transfers directly from the platform.
By checking the below dashboard tiles you have easy access to live updates on rejections and any outstanding actions required to move the transfer to its next stage.
Clicking view on the tiles will take you to a pre-filtered view of the transfer workbench showing you either, transfers that have been rejected that need to be resubmitted, or any outstanding actions on a transfer that must be completed in order for the transfer to progress.
Rejected - to resubmit
Clicking view on the Rejected tile will bring up the below page.
Click into the desired transfer to view the rejection reason. Underneath the rejection reason you will see an option to resubmit the transfer.
This will bring up the transfer page with all the details originally keyed in allowing you to easily amend the required field and resubmit.
When the information has been updated, click 'Review' and then 'Submit' to submit the updated transfer request. This will remove the transfer from the dashboard tile and create a new transfer. The old rejected transfer will now have an update in the transfer request history section to inform you that it has been resubmitted.
Awaiting Client Actions
The awaiting client action tile will work in much the same way.
Select view to bring up a pre filtered view of the transfer workbench.
Click into the desired transfer by clicking anywhere on the transfer.
Scroll to the bottom of the page the Transfer request history section to see the outstanding action. Once the action has been completed, press the green ‘Mark as complete’ button.
Here is where you are able to let the transfer team know the action is completed so that they can continue to chase the ceding scheme. In this case, the client has to return some documents to the scheme, when completed we would add to the text box ‘Documents returned by client on 15/12/2025’.
Clicking the blue confirm button will remove the required action but the update will remain in the transfer request history section.
Should a situation arise in which a rejection or an action has been raised but does not need to be completed or re-requested, you are able to dismiss the action. You can do this by clicking on the three dots that will appear on the right hand side of applicable transfers, and then clicking dismiss required action.
