When you first sign TOB’s with us and submit your initial user access request form, we will ask you if you would like to designate any employee/s with a ‘Firm Admin’ role. This will mean that anything that we would normally require from someone who holds SMF permissions on the FCA register could be instructed by this person. For example, requests for setting up new users or amending firm contact details could come from this person.
How can I update or assign a new firm admin?
Either an existing Firm Admin or someone with SMF on the FCA register can designate Firm Admin’s by sending us an email to servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com confirming the user’s name, email address and telephone number. For brand new users, there is a user request form where Firm Admin’s can be specified upon creation.
