Our onboarding process consists of 4 stages:
Stage 1; Discovery - we will meet with your senior managers and/or super users to gather some information about your firm that will help us to tailor training to your needs. We will talk you through the documents we require in order to get you set up with access to the platform, and we can also provide a high level demo if required.
Stage 2; Training - this is where we train your wider users. This is usually broken down in to 3 x 1 hour sessions covering Navigation & Client Onboarding, Client Servicing and Pensions. We will also conduct an additional session on models if you run your own Advisory MPS.
Stage 3; Adoption - whilst you're getting used to the system, your Implementation Consultant will be on hand to help with any queries you may have and they can offer live support for your first cases.
Stage 4; BAU - once you are comfortable, your Implementation will be complete, and our Service Centre Team will be on hand to support you going forwards.
