You can track your client’s last 10 crystallisations on the platform using the Crystallisations view, which gives you a concise summary of crystallisation statuses, dates, taxable and non-taxable amounts, crystallisation dates, crystallisation type and whether it’s a full crystallisation. 

Status descriptions:

Pending:  The instruction has been placed but is yet to be processed

Waiting:  The instruction is being reviewed by our Pensions Team

Calculated:  The amounts have been confirmed and the BCE is in the process of being completed

Completed:  The instruction has completed and payment sent to the client on this date (via BACS)

Rejected:  The instruction could not be processed – we will contact you in this instance with a reason and next steps

 
Please note: the crystallisation date is when the crystallisation is keyed on to the platform, or the point at which the regular payment transaction is created by the system (7 days prior to the desired payment date).
