If a client record has been created in error and the platform terms have not yet been accepted i.e. the record has a ‘Registered’ status, send an email to servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com confirming the client ID and we will arrange for this to be removed.
If the client has accepted the terms, unfortunately the record cannot be deleted and the record will still be visible on the platform. We would recommend updating the client’s name and the account name/s to reflect that this client has decided not to take up the plan/s. For example, in the first name field, you could add ‘NTU’.
