Clients with transactions
Where a client has submitted transactions, the account cannot be permanently deleted due to regulatory requirements.
In this scenario, we can update the linked investment accounts to "suspended". This will then mean that transactions cannot be processed but the account will still be visible on the platform. We would recommend updating the client’s name to reflect that this client has decided not to take up the plan/s. For example, in the first name field, you could add ‘NTU’.
Clients with no transactions
Where a client has not submitted any transactions, the account can be permanently deleted.
Please send an email to servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com confirming the client ID and we will arrange for this to be removed.
