Send a copy of the client signed LOA to servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com. We will need to check the client’s signature against their ID documentation. This may have been collected when the client was first set up on platform, but if not, we will contact you to request this – to expedite this process and prevent any possible delays, it would be best to send a copy of the client’s ID with the LOA document. Alternatively, we can give the client a call to complete enhanced security checks and verify the instruction.
Once verified we will record the LOA in our back-office system, and we will provide the requested information.
