Income payments are received by the client on 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th of the month, or the previous working day if this falls on a weekend or bank holiday. Their payslip is made available on the same day. The client will receive an email to notify them that this is available and they can access this directly within the client portal. This is also visible in the platform within the ‘Client Messages’ Screen, which can be accessed via the client record.
