When you come to instruct a crystallisation by accessing the relevant account and then selecting the ‘Crystallise’ action, there is a section entitled “Lump Sum Allowance”. This will show the details of LSA used on our platform, as well as what was used with previous providers which have been transferred in.

You will also find details of LSA used on our platform via the client’s RBCE statements, which can be found under ‘Client Messages’.
