In order to update and Expression of Wish (EOW), go to the client’s SIPP account and click on Account details. 

Scroll down to the SIPP details section on 'Edit and you can amend the beneficiary on the account:

The nominated beneficiary applies to the entire SIPP, and by changing this within one SIPP account, this will be updated across all SIPP accounts that the client holds.
