Payment Reference

The payment reference for payments in is ‘SODBG-ACCOUNTID’.

The first part of the reference is always SODBG.

The Account ID is the 7-digit combination of numbers and letters found on the client’s account record, e.g., A01B2C3. In this example, the payment reference could be SODBG-A01B2C3.

Payment In Expectation

When you create the expectation, upon submission you will have the option to:

• Copy the deposit instructions directly from the platform
• Download the deposit instructions as a PDF

Auto-Matching

If sends us a payment and it satisfies the following criteria, the payment will auto-match and show on the platform within seconds. You can see a live example of this here.

• An expectation exists and matches the payment amount.
• The reference is in the correct format.
• The payment has come from the client's registered bank details

If a payment fails to auto-match, this will be picked up the following working day.
