Currently we do not support CHAPS or Faster payment, we send all payments via BACS. However, we do operate contractual settlement, so when a sell down is required to fund a withdrawal, the payment generally hits the client’s bank account on the same day that the sales settle, so there is no delay. Faster payments are in our short-term roadmap and we will send a communication when these are available.
