For a SIPP income payments, if the usual payment date falls on a bank holiday or weekend, the income will be paid on the working day prior to the usual date. 

For Investment regular withdrawals, if the usual payment date falls on a bank holiday or a weekend, then the regular withdrawal will be paid the following working day
