What are your income payment cut off's?

For  SIPP income payments, you will need to key the expectation on 7 working prior to the payment date

For Investment income payments, you will need to key the expectation on 6 working days prior to the payment date.

  • For SIPPs, income payments are available on the 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th. 
  • For Investment's, income payment are available on the 1st, 7th, 14th, 21st or 28th.
