You can check whether a client’s withdrawal has been paid by opening the account menu, selecting Report, and looking under Payments for completed in‑ and out‑transactions. A withdrawal appears as Complete only once the funds have actually reached the client.
If the withdrawal doesn’t yet appear in the Reports section, it will still be listed under Pending Transactions. Selecting the Transaction Group ID shows which associated trades have settled and which are still pending. If every trade shows as complete, the payment has already been released and is on its way to the client. The payment date shown will have updated to reflect the day it was sent via BACs.
