You can now resubmit rejected transfers on the platform.
To resubmit a transfer, simply head to the rejected transfer, this can be found on the transfers workbench or by using the 'Client transfer' tab on the client profile.
Select the rejected transfer by clicking on it.
Click on the 'Actions' button on the right hand side and 'Review transfer details'.
Select 'Edit transfer' to amend the transfer information.
When the information has been updated, click 'Review' and then 'Submit' to submit the updated transfer request.
Check that all information provided is correct and then select 'Submit'.
The updated transfer will then show on the transfers workbench and within the Client's transfers tab. The status will be set to 'With previous provider' until the transfer has been completed.
