We’re introduced further improvements to the Transfers Workbench to make managing rejected transfers and client actions clearer, faster, and more efficient
These updates give you more control when reviewing items, clearer guidance on what to do next, and improved filtering to help you manage transfers more effectively.
What’s new
- You’ll now see the dashboard tile renamed from “Rejected – to resubmit” to “Rejected – to review” for clearer guidance
- You can now use the updated “Review rejection” filter in the Transfers Workbench (previously “Resubmit”)
- You can now dismiss a rejection directly while reviewing it
- The rejection description box now removes “Resubmit” and “Dismiss” once an action has been completed
- You can now dismiss client actions directly within the product transfer
- You can now filter transfers by business or adviser with enhanced filtering options
You can now complete all key actions in one place within the product transfer, reducing the need to move between screens. This makes handling transfer rejections and client actions simpler, quicker, and more streamlined.
