Block transfers must always be requested manually. Please refer to the ceding scheme to obtain and complete any necessary discharge paperwork, and then send us a manual transfer form. 

Make it clear on the form and in your email to servicecentre@soderbergpartners.com that this is a block transfer, and we will ensure this is processed as such.
