Yes, initially we will chase 10 working days after the transfer has been keyed on. if we receive no response and/or we can see no movement via the transferring systems, Origo or Altus.
We will chase again every 5 working days until the transfer funds are received. We will get in touch with you if there is anything we need from you to get the transfer moving.
If a transfer is taking longer than expected, we encourage that you at the Advisory firm also chase the ceding provider directly, as in our experience, providers will generally prioritise communication with their firms over third parties.
