Yes! we have tailored our chasing process to reflect the timescales of every type of transfer. Each transfer is chased via email every 5 working days to begin with before a member of our transfers team makes a call to the ceding scheme.
The time at which the call is made is based on what product is being transferred, whether it is in specie or cash, and whether or not this is a complex transfer.
If a transfer is taking longer than expected, we encourage that you at the Advisory firm also chase the ceding provider directly, as in our experience, providers will generally prioritize communication with their firms over third parties.
You can see the status of your clients ongoing transfers in the Transfer Workbench. You can find this by clicking 'Transfers' in the top menu.
