If a transfer was rejected, you will be alerted to this via the dashboard tiles on the platform.
Clicking ‘View’ will take you to a page where you can view all Rejected transfers that need to be resubmitted and by clicking into the transfer you will be able to see the reason for the transfer rejection.
You will need to resubmit the transfer request via our platform as once the transfer has been rejected, this cancels off the expectation.
